Tier Characteristics
Blocks 19, 20, and 24 are home to our Tier 1 Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Merlot, consistently producing the finest expression of each variety. Slopes and diverse soils allow the fruit to ripen beautifully, with excellent yields and exceptional depth of flavor.

Blocks 21—23 host Tier 2 Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. Planted on rocky clay soils with well-elevated, north–south oriented slopes, these vines benefit from excellent canopy balance and consistently even ripening.

Block 26 is dedicated to Tier 4 Cabernet Sauvignon, producing consistent fruit. Clay soils and south–north oriented slopes support even ripening and concentrated flavors.

Block 25 features Tier 6 Cabernet Sauvignon, producing fruit consistent in quality.

At the far southern end, Block 33A carries Tier 7 Cabernet Sauvignon, yielding well-balanced, flavorful fruit that consistently meets quality expectations.
